We are working to adjust as many products as possible to enable them to carry the ENVIROLOPE badge.

We ship pallets approx. 1200x1000mm footprint x 2200mm tall.Any height or size restrictions or special delivery requirements such as timed delivery or manual unloading (if available as options) may incur an extra charge.
We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date.
We endeavour to ensure that all images are as close to the true colour as possible, however we cannot guarantee the colour representation is exact. There can sometimes be shade variations between different batches of envelopes. There can also be variations when viewing on different monitors/screens depending on the settings etc.
If shade is critical, please ask for a sample.

Yes, the more you buy the more you save. Whilst we are happy to take small orders, we offer reduced prices when purchasing items in larger quantities. We have different prices for the following quantities:1 – 49, 50 – 199, 200 – 999, 1000 – 4999, 5000 – 9999, 10000 +

Yes, every order you place from us is sent under plain cover. We never send paperwork with your order and invoices are sent by email to the billing customer.

You can pick up your order from our warehouses in Loudwater or Newark.
If you wish to collect from our Newark warehouse, we will need to take payment online at the time of ordering. However, if collecting from our Loudwater warehouse you can either pay online at the time of ordering or by cash or card when you come in to collect.
