Parcel Courier – UK MAINLAND - (delivery must be signed for)

• There is a fixed charge of £4.95 exc. vat (£5.94 inc vat) for a Standard (not timed delivery)  Parcel Delivery to UK Mainland.  (EXCLUDES Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or any Islands such as IOM, Channel Islands)
• Scottish Highlands (est 2 day service) is charged from £10.95 exc vat  (£13.14 inc vat) and covers postcodes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Parcel Courier - UK Islands and outer regions (must be signed for)

• Scottish Islands (est 2-5 days service)  charged from £14.95 exc vat ( £17.94 inc vat)  and covers postcodes  HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
• Channel Islands (est 2 day service- Invoices Required) and Isle of Man charged from £14.95 exc vat ( £17.94 inc vat) 
• Northern Ireland (est 2 day service)  charged at £9.95 exc vat (£11.94 inc vat)  
• Scilly Isles (est 2 days service ) charged at £19.95 exc vat (£23.94 inc vat)  and includes postcodes TR21-TR25

Timed Parcel delivery options England and Wales (exc some postcodes below)

Parcel Courier - Signed For (Pre 10:30 AM) Working days (Mon – Fri)

• Pre: 10:30 AM next working day delivery by courier charged from £10.95 exc vat  (£13.14 inc vat)
• This service is limited to England and Wales only and EXCLUDES postcodes of TR, PL and SY.
• This delivery method must be signed for on delivery
• General delivery terms apply

Parcel Courier - Signed For (Pre 12 AM) Working days (Mon – Fri)

• Pre: 12 noon next working day delivery by courier charged from £8.95 exc vat  (£10.74 inc vat)
• This service is limited to England and Wales only.
• This delivery method must be signed for on delivery
• General delivery terms apply

Parcel Courier – signed for weekend deliveries (Sat/Sun)

Courier – Saturday or Sunday Delivery (non timed)

• There is a minimum charge of £9.95 exc. VAT (£11.94 incl. VAT) for Saturday delivery by courier.
• This service is limited to UK Mainland areas only. (Excludes Scottish Highlands and any islands including N.I)
• Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on FRIDAY for delivery on Saturday/Sunday to all other parts of Mainland UK.

Courier - Saturday or Sunday Delivery (Pre 12 AM)

• There is a minimum charge of £12.95 exc. VAT (£15.54 incl. VAT) for Saturday Pre: 12 midday delivery by courier.
• This service is limited to England and Wales only.
• Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on FRIDAY for delivery on Saturday/Sunday to all other parts of Mainland UK.

Courier - Same working day (Mon-Fri specific London Areas Only)

• There is a minimum charge of £60.00 exc. VAT (£72 incl. VAT) for Same working day delivery by courier.
• This service is limited to the London Congestion Charge Zone only and is subject to availability.
• Orders must be received no later than 12:00 noon on any working day + general delivery terms apply
• Please place your order online and then you MUST call our Sales Office on +44 (0)1628 810000 to confirm arrangements.

Courier - Other parts of the world

• Charges to other parts of the world start at £10.95 exc. VAT (£13.14 incl. VAT) and will be subject to the estimated weight and volume of the order.
• Delivery charges and times will vary from country to country.

Royal Mail - 1st Class

• There is a fixed charge of £3.95 for 1st class Royal Mail delivery.
• On small value orders of up to about 500 grams, we offer a standard 1st class Royal Mail delivery option for most, but not all products packed to a max size of 353x250x25mm
• Delivery is not guaranteed and does not need to be signed for.
• Delivery is subject to Royal Mail's standards and may take several days. Anyone opting for this service, if available, does so at their own risk.

Pallet deliveries -please contact us for pricing

• we deliver on pallets up to 2.2m high. Any height/size restrictions or special requirements (eg. timed delivery) will affect the cost. Please contact us.

Collection - From our warehouse (HP10 9QY)

Orders may be collected directly from our warehouse in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire HP10 9QY without incurring any handling charge.

• Please ensure you call us on +44 (0)1628 810 000 to ensure your order is ready prior to collection. Note that we do not hold all our stock in our Loudwater warehouse.

All Delivery Options

• Delivery charges are all subject to vat and are excluded from any discount calculation.
• Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
• We will always do our utmost to get the delivery to you as fast as possible.
• Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time (2 pm) will generally not be despatched until the next working day.
• All courier deliveries must be signed for and the courier may arrive earlier than expected.
• Orders will not be delivered to PO Box and BFPO addresses.
• All orders are subject to sufficient stock availability.
• We will endeavour to contact you in the rare event there is a problem with the service or charge selected.
• If you change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, you may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
• Restrictions may apply.
• We ship pallets approx. 1200x1000mm footprint x 2200mm tall.
• Any height or size restrictions or special delivery requirements such as timed delivery or manual unloading (if available as options) may incur an extra charge.
