As you are probably aware, several Europeancountries have issued closures for some areas, affecting deliveries of goods.
Whilst the UK is not impacted right now the situation is subject to change without notice.
With this in mind, we would ask at the time of ordering that all of our customers confirm that delivery can be accepted at the stated delivery address.
Once despatched, goods which cannot be delivered and end up at the local delivery depots are now being returned to sender at extra cost. Unfortunately, we will have to pass on all costs to our customers for wasted journeys or failed deliveries to closed premises.
When you place your order, we ask that you to please confirm that the delivery address is open and available to receive the goods.
if the premises is closed at all during the day (even for a short break), we ask that you inform us so we can plan accordingly.
